If you need your computer fixed immediately, we offer a priority service where we guarantee to fix your computer by the end of 2 business days for $145.00. If you can spare your machine for a longer period, we can fix it within a week or two at a low $125.00.
All these prices are inclusive of labour and we will not install any parts or incur any additional costs without your prior permission.
If a backup-reformat is required on your device or a new hard drive needs to be installed, we will backup and put your data back free of charge. If you require assistance with setting up your email, printer, Microsoft office and anti-virus, we can assist you for an additional $95.

Warranty Service
Computer Solutions & Data Recovery is an Apple Authorised Service Provider and any issues covered by an Apple limited warranty are serviced free of charge. If your device is covered with AppleCare+, an incident fee applies. All repairs use only genuine Apple parts – complete with an Apple warranty, honoured here at Computer Solutions & Data Recovery and at Apple Retail Stores around the world. Out of Warranty Service
If an iPhone is not covered by an Apple warranty, we charge a $69 diagnostic fee to make an assessment, and provide a quotation for any service or repair required. The diagnostic fee will be deducted from the repairs on your approval to perform the service. Repairs are considered out of warranty when:

Your iPhone is over one year old (Purchased outside of Australia), or over two years old (Purchased within Australia from an Apple Store or Apple authorized reseller)

Your iPhone has an issue that’s not covered under warranty or consumer law, like accidental damage or damage caused by unauthorised modifications
We might be able to fix or replace your product for an out-of-warranty fee. Your iPhone will be new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability. The Apple Limited Warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.

Battery Service
The Apple Limited Warranty covers a defective battery, but it doesn’t cover wear from normal use. We might need to test your product to find the cause of your battery issue. If your battery has a manufacturing defect and it’s covered by Apple’s warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law, we’ll service it at no additional cost. If your iPhone battery service isn’t covered, we can replace your battery for a fee. If you’re covered by AppleCare+ and your iPhone battery can hold only 80 percent or less of its original capacity, we’ll service your product at no charge.
Screen Replacement
If your iPhone screen is broken, we might be able to fix it. The cost to repair it depends on your iPhone model, any additional damage, and if you have AppleCare+ coverage. Damage caused by accident or abuse isn’t covered by the Apple warranty. If your screen cracks due to a manufacturing defect, it’s covered by the Apple warranty and consumer law. AppleCare+ for iPhone includes up to two incidents of accidental damage, each with a service fee. You can use an incident for screen repair. If you don’t have AppleCare+, we might be able to repair your broken screen for an out-of-warranty fee. We’ll run a diagnostic test to see if your iPhone needs any other repairs. If it does, we’ll let you know.
