If you need your computer fixed immediately, we offer a priority service where we guarantee to fix your computer by the end of 2 business days for $145.00. If you can spare your machine for a longer period, we can fix it within a week or two at a low $125.00.
All these prices are inclusive of labour and we will not install any parts or incur any additional costs without your prior permission.
If a backup-reformat is required on your device or a new hard drive needs to be installed, we will backup and put your data back free of charge. If you require assistance with setting up your email, printer, Microsoft office and anti-virus, we can assist you for an additional $95.

Warranty Service
Computer Solutions & Data Recovery is an Apple Authorised Service Provider and any issues covered by an Apple limited warranty are serviced free of charge. If your device is covered with AppleCare+, an incident fee applies. All repairs use only genuine Apple parts – complete with an Apple warranty, honoured here at Computer Solutions & Data Recovery and at Apple Retail Stores around the world. Out of Warranty Service
If an iPad is not covered by an Apple warranty, we charge a $59 diagnostic fee to make an assessment, and provide a quotation for a replacement. Out of warranty applies when:

Your iPad is over one year old

Your iPad has an issue that’s not covered under warranty or consumer law, like accidental damage or damage caused by unauthorised modifications
Apple offers an out of warranty replacement for iPads - cost in table below. Your iPad will be new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability. The Apple Limited Warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.

Screen Replacement
Damage caused by accident or abuse isn’t covered by the Apple warranty. If your screen cracks due to a manufacturing defect, it’s covered by the Apple warranty and consumer law. AppleCare+ for iPad includes up to two incidents of accidental damage, each with a service fee. You can use an incident for a replacement iPad. If you don’t have AppleCare+ please refer to the out of warranty service section above.
