Our Windows services price structure is very simple and easy to understand. The service fee is capped.

If you need your computer fixed immediately, we offer a priority service where we guarantee to fix your computer by the end of 2 business days for $145.00. If you can spare your machine for a longer period, we can fix it within a week or two at a low $125.00.

All these prices are inclusive of labour and we will not install any parts or incur any additional costs without your prior permission.

If a backup-reformat is required on your device or a new hard drive needs to be installed, we will backup and put your data back free of charge. If you require assistance with setting up your email, printer, Microsoft office and anti-virus, we can assist you for an additional $95.

About Us

Computer Solutions & Data Recovery has been established as a successful local business in the Illawarra since 2008 and has been going from strength to strength.

It has grown to a point where we are now Illawarra’s newest Apple Authorised Service Provider and the only Advanced Data Recovery Solution between Sydney and Melbourne. Flexible enough to assist the home user - efficient enough to provide an essential service to our business clients.

We have 2 service locations - Albion Park Rail and Wollongong.

At Albion Park Rail we offer Apple Servicing, Windows Servicing, Basic/Advanced Data Recovery and VHS conversions.

At Wollongong we offer Apple Servicing and Basic/Advanced Data Recovery.

Expertise, experience and excellent service

Our technicians hold highly esteemed Degrees for our industry, are Mac certified, have a combined 38 years of experience in repairing both Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems and hardware, and are authorised to repair all computer brands. We aim to repair if possible, not simply replace parts, in order to keep your costs down and have the expertise and experience to know when this is the case.

Communication and integrity of data

We have open and honest conversations with all our customers and will explain your problem in a way you will understand. We will not overwhelm you with technical terms and believe that no question is a bad one. At the same time, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of your data is of paramount importance to us.

The utmost care is taken to retrieve any or all data from your device and migrate it to a secured storage device. Our aim is for you to feel totally comfortable and able to entrust us with any repair or data recovery required.
